Athletic Spine Process
The Athletic Spine Rehabilitation Journey
The Athletic Spine journey involves 3 stages, taking you from pain all the way to top performance and return to sport. At each stage sucess in key outcomes, tailored to you, will form the basis for advancement to the next stage.

Individualised Treatment
We recognise the importance of individualised physiotherapy treatment and that no two patients are alike.
We use a biopsychosocial approach to achieve this, covering key physical, psychological and social components related to your back pain.
The Latest Technology
The Athletic Spine process involves the use of the latest technology from VALD to provide objective data, pin-pointing key areas we need to improve, to get you back to your sport.
